Being Banned Is Your Punishment
Being banned can really suck and it can get it the way of thing especially if you have done nothing to deserve it. If this is you then open up a support ticket at the offical Rockstar Support page. If they are able to help you with this issue then they will be they may require proof from you. Now this proof can be a screenshot or a peice of gameplay footage of what you where actually doing before the ban took place. If you do need to send Rockstar proof that you where banned and done nothing wrong then they will ask for it on your support ticket, with instructions on how to submit it and yeah sometimes you do not have to be doing anything on grand theft auto to brake the rules and yeah this could be you, so we suggest to open up a support ticket.
If you have been modding the only section of grand theft auto and you got banned for doing this then they may be nothing rockstar will do fo you, because you broke their game rules, but again you could try contacting Rockstar Support to check to see if they would help you. You can get banned for numerous things, including, moding, money hack, rank hacks or even maybe another player has reported you, but getting banned can be prevented if you follow the rules.
Some of you may work and some of you may not, but if you need to access a public computer then do not ender personal information, because this could mean the the owner of the public computer you get access to your personal details and this also applies if you are using a friends computer. Never save passwords when using a public computer, such as, social media email accounts or any other login details for your accounts, because again people can get access to them and you would only be making their job esier if you click on save when you login to your account. Rockstar has got an anti-cheat system in place to catch players that are cheating and if this triggers and a redflag appears next to your name on Rockstar's database, then Rockstar will investigate the issue. But if their investigation comes back that you have been cheating then you get banned.
There are serveral types of bans you can recieve and they include an hour ban, Account Ban and even an IP Ban. An hour ban means that you will be banned from grand theft auto online for so many hours. An account ban means that your account is banned and the only way to get back online would be to create a brand new account. An IP ban is where your IP address is banned and they is completly nothing you would be able to do. If it does not pop up on your screen what type of ban you have recieved or you are unsure of the type of ban you have recieved then contact Rockstar Support.
